A surprisingly common asked question. Although we support the Roll & Smoke lifestyle, we don’t want an encounter with the police, which is why we sell clothing and merchandise rather than weed. However if you do get your hands on any chronic, enjoy!
Do we ship overseas?
We’re happy to share the Roll & Smoke love all over the world, so shipping overseas isn’t an issue. Please note, shipping overseas may incur an additional charge.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password relax my friend, it’s no problem. Just drop us an email to email@example.com, answer a few security questions and we’ll be happy to help out.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the specified delivery date?
With standard products, if your order has not been received within the delivery time that you have chosen, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further. We will aim to respond to your query within 24 hours.
Do you wrap the products before shipping?
All of our clothing is fully packaged in sealed plastic, and comes fully tagged. Our merchandise and paraphernalia also comes fully packaged, and where required will be shipped in protective packaging.
Can I make a local pick-up?
If you live in Leeds or the surrounding area and wish to purchase any items in person, you are more than welcome to contact us directly and arrange something from there. We are currently based on North Street.
How do I return something to Roll & Smoke Apparel?
Please ship all returns with proof of purchase to:

We cannot accept returns if:
- The original tags have been removed
- Items are not returned in the same condition they were sent
- Items are soiled, have odours (including aftershave/perfume) or appear to have been worn
- Purposely damaged
We are unable to refund goods purchased online in store. Goods purchased in store cannot be refunded online.
How long until my refund is processed in to my account?
Refunds usually clear your bank account within 7-10 days of your return being received. However please allow up to 14 days as the length of time can be dependent on your payment method issuer.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Although we aim to deliver a great level of customer service, in the unfortunate event that you do receive the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to rectify the issue.
